The guidance sets out the terms and conditions applied to the Homes for Ukraine scheme’s education and childcare funding for the financial year beginning 1 April and how the government decided the allocations. The guidance will help councils understand how the grant is calculated for 2022 to 2023 and how this will be paid to councils.
Payments will be made for each child based upon the data entry point following quarterly data collections administered by DLUHC, with payments calculated on a pro-rata basis.
