EU Settlement Scheme Workshops

The Home Office is hosting a workshop about the role of councils and health and social care trusts to support children with UK Immigration settled status / British Citizenship, now that the deadline for making applications to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) has passed.

The next workshop will be hosted on Microsoft Teams from 11:00am – 12:00pm on 18 August and will cover:

  • How to apply for EUSS / Citizenship
  • When applying for British Citizenship may be appropriate
  • What is needed to make a valid application, and,
  • Examples of documents that can be used to support an application

If you would like to book a place on a workshop, please contact the Vulnerability Team at feedback-EUSSsupportmodel@homeoffice.gov.uk.

There will also be an opportunity for councils to ask Home Office colleagues questions about the EUSS and British Citizenship. To help them to be as prepared as possible for questions you may have, and to ensure you get the most out of the workshop itself, councils are encouraged to send any particular situations or questions beforehand to feedback-EUSSsupportmodel@homeoffice.gov.uk.

Councils are encouraged to promote the workshops within their organisation and with their wider partners.
