The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has released a letter to BN(O) visa holders and prospective employers outlining how to obtain a Certificate of No Criminal Convictions (CNCC) from the Hong Kong Police.
The letter outlines what to do if you have an offer of employment from an organisation that requires a CNCC check. It also outlines what to do if you are seeking employment in some specific sectors such as education, healthcare or aviation.
