The North West Hong Kong BN(O) Welcome Hub, part of the North West Strategic Migration Partnership, is announcing applications for a new Summer/Mid-Autumn Events Grant.
Up to £7,500 is available for Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) organisations to bid for to deliver one-off of or a small series of events in the Months of August, September and October 2023 to coincide with the school summer holidays and the Mid-Autumn festival celebrated by some in Hong Kong and South East Asia, which this year falls on 27th September 2023. These events will be aimed at supporting the integration of Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders in the North West as well as educating other local residents about Hong Kong culture and welcoming them to the events.
The Grant Application Form and Guidance Document is available at the bottom of this web post. Applications should be submitted by email to HongKong@manchester.gov.uk . We will only accept the application form, any additional information, appendices or attachments sent will not be accepted.
