ESOL Funding
- All HKBN(O) visa holders (19+) are entitled to £850 ESOL funding every year for the first 3 years upon arrival to the UK
- This money is paid directly to course providers It can cover formal or informal ESOL costs
- After this, you can access the Adult Education Budget for college courses
ESOL Classes
- This money usually covers one ESOL course for the whole academic year
- Some colleges may not accept this amount and will ask for you to pay a ‘top up’ fee, so please check with your local college in advance about course fees and funding
