The issues are caused by the Tableau data visualization dashboard we embedded to the Website. We are providing the data we used to prepare the dashboard for people to download so they can further the research. We will review the dashboard and make sure the issues are handled if the Tableau platform has any updates.
Find services directory
The Find services directory caused the following issues:
- Form label is present but not associated with a form control
- The JavaScript events in use do not appear to be accessible to both mouse and keyboard users
- To a screen reader use there is no indication of results found after searching the directory
We are in touch with the developer of the directory. We will apply the update when there is a fix to the issues.
Content that’s not within scope of the accessibility regulations
Interactive maps
The accessibility regulations do not require us to make our interactive maps fully accessible. However, we will make sure that the interactive maps on the website do not negatively impact how users of assistive technology navigate the website. The information presented in the maps will be provided as a text alternative.

The website was last tested on 5 June 2024 against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
The test was carried out by Invuse. The most viewed pages and key user journeys were tested using automated and manual testing tools using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Apple Safari.
