BPRCVS represents the local communities and residents of Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale. We actively support the development of initiatives aiming to improve the lives of our local communities. Our members and participants help us to develop a network for knowledge and information to enable the voice of the sector. This is especially important for the smaller VCF organisations who can struggle to be heard. BPRCVS attends strategic and community networks regularly so that we can stay informed on future plans and developments and in turn provide the relevant representation and support to communities and residents.
We provide practical support and advice, as well as a space for sharing food, culture, language and friendship – providing a warm welcome to everyone who comes to us for help. We respect and value people of all backgrounds and faiths and are working to promote diversity within our community. There is so much we can learn from each other and we believe that Burnley is enriched by our mutual respect and understanding. New Neighbours Together provide advice and advocacy on various needs.
