Bolton College provides learning for Adults and Young People. We offer a broad range of courses across various central and community venues, supporting learners to gain skills for employment, career advancement, Maths & English and personal goals through accredited courses as well as non-accredited.
The ESOL Adult Provision at Bolton College employs a successful and flexible curriculum- delivering ESOL, Maths and Digital Skills the curriculum enables our learners to successfully integrate into their local communities, engage socially and gives them the language skills necessary to further their education, enter employment or progress their career.
We deliver all levels of ESOL; from Pre-Entry, Entry 1, Entry 2, Entry 3 and Level 1.
As an ESOL learner with Bolton College you are supported with your English, Maths, Digital skills and Employability Skills. You will also have access to our Job Shop where you can receive support in writing job applications, writing a CV, applying for jobs and building your interview skills.

To find out which course is right for you, go to the GM ESOL Advice Service website and fill in a short enquiry form for the borough of Greater Manchester where you live. You will then be contacted about an ESOL assessment in your local area.
We provide high quality online and classroom-based English language courses. We regularly deliver General English, IELTS preparation, Trinity SELT Visa preparation. But we also specialise in creating bespoke packages to suit individual needs. Our courses are usually delivered one-to-to one one a flexible basis so you can study at a time that suits you! Our students come from the UK and all over the world. Flexible payment plans are also available.
Currently we specialise in conversational English catering for new immigrant arrivals in Stockport. We also run an introduction to Citizenship to help new arrivals as they settle.
At BwD Adult Learning we run ESOL courses, amongst many other learning opportunities, from our two main centres together with a range of Community Venues, including Bangor Street Community Centre.
We offer courses from Pre-Entry to Entry 3 both accredited and non-accredited.

BPRCVS represents the local communities and residents of Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale.
We actively support the development of initiatives aiming to improve the lives of our local communities.
Our members and participants help us to develop a network for knowledge and information to enable the voice of the sector. This is especially important for the smaller VCF organisations who can struggle to be heard.
BPRCVS attends strategic and community networks regularly so that we can stay informed on future plans and developments and in turn provide the relevant representation and support to communities and residents.
