At SHARE Chester, volunteers help to raise valuable funds in their charity shop, by selling donations received that are not suitable for refugees or local homeless people. These items remain valuable to us because all funds generated from their sales are utilised to support the entire charity.
SHARE Chester also run a day centre which is open to our friends who are homeless, for hot meals, clothes and toiletries. It is also a place that offers support, activities, and help to meet people’s specific needs.
The SHARE team offer daily basic aid, but also help to empower people to positively move their lives forwards and engage with rebuilding their lives, or even volunteer on the SHARE team themselves.
NESTAC provides women’s support including general advice, wellbeing, domestic abuse services and accessing health services.
