Complete Skills Solutions are a leading training provider, who is proud to have been born and bred in Liverpool. We may have grown our offer behind the city region, but our Scouse roots remain strong, and we still have a huge presence across the region.

We are driven by our passion to help people. We want to help them put some more money in their back pocket, so life is a little easier. Our purpose is to change lives through the power of education and training, and boy, do we achieve this in abundance through our training offer, which goes beyond the classroom.

We offer ESOL classes at entry 1, 2 and 3 and our program is specially designed for those who want to improve their English quickly. With our program, you can make fast progress in reading and writing English. Our goal is to help you break down language barriers and succeed in your vocational goals. We focus on improving your reading and writing skills so you can understand written English better and express yourself in writing. Join us on this intensive journey to boost your English skills and open doors to new opportunities! You can speak to our team in person at the Aloft Hotel on Wednesdays from 1pm.
Our ESOL courses (English for Speakers of Other Languages) cater to individuals aged 19 and above, including settled minority communities, refugees and asylum seekers, who do not speak English as their first language. These courses enhance English language skills, covering reading, writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills necessary for daily life and work in the UK. We provide a range of ESOL courses, staring from introductory levels to qualifications at Pre-Entry to Level 1. ESOL courses focus on the individual needs of the learner and are delivered by qualified and experienced ESOL tutors. These courses are designed to improve communication and fluency in English, improve employability skills, as well as supporting learners in understanding life in the United Kingdom. Bridge2 is a charity focused on serving the asylum seeker, refugee, and local community throughout the central Liverpool area. Since 2018 Bridge2 has been supporting people who are escaping persecution and war zones; assisting them as they transition into a purpose-filled life in the UK. We offer a variety of services such as: English classes and cultural classes, skills workshops and art workshops, support groups, and practical support like clothes, toiletries, and food. We offer ESOL because the inability to communicate in a new country and culture adds unnecessary stress to a lonely and uncertain process, leading to isolation and depression. For refugees and asylum seekers, we provide these classes for free and they are designed to:
  • Build confidence
  • Break down barriers
  • Access vital services
  • Build community networks
  • Create lasting friendships
  • Understand the Liverpool culture
