Services in Cheshire and Warrington

Hong Kong in Chester is a constituted community founded by Hongkongers who have recently moved to the area. The community has over 60 Hong Kong families. The group aims to preserve and promote Hong Kong’s culture, support Hong Kongers to integrate into British society, create a positive impact socially and economically, and help Hong Kongers settle in the area by working with partners.

Pathfinder Cheshire West and Chester supports the elderly and can provide more information on intervention and prevention services, ranging from low level community support to reduce social isolation through to more specialist services to support people to remain independent and well for as long as possible. Chester Heart Support Group supports those with heart issues and helps those who are lacking in confidence to become more active. You can learn more about the activities of Chester Heart Support group online.

Age UK Cheshire offers support to those aged over 55 who cannot attend outreach appointments in the communities of Cheshire West and Chester.
