The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) are looking to update the Welcome Pack for arrivals from Hong Kong on the British Nationals (Overseas) visa.
To do this, they have developed a survey to capture feedback on how useful the Welcome Pack is and identify any improvements to make it more helpful for BN(O)s.

If you are a BN(O) visa holder, we would be grateful if you could complete the survey and also share the survey link with your BN(O) networks and encourage completion.
The views of the BN(O) community are extremely valuable for DLUHC to continue to develop the Welcome Pack and programme further.
The survey will be live between 9th – 23rd May.
The survey can be accessed online and is available in both English and Cantonese.
