BBC One’s The One Show recently aired a short film on welcoming young refugees.
The film, broadcast as part of the 22nd September programme, features foster carer Sharon and young person Elsa, speaking with Penny and Duncan, who are thinking about becoming Supported Lodgings providers for young refugees. Some additional information is provided by Dinah Beckett of Migration Yorkshire.
